About Steven Martinez
I build brands and automation-driven growth systems for local businesses. I've scaled marketing operations, built internal CRMs and workflows, and now I'm building a group of companies focused on automation-driven growth.
I spent years inside a national distribution brand leading marketing, product, and engineering. We built our own CRM, automated the playbooks, and scaled revenue 20x on the way to acquisition—because strategy, storytelling, and software were working together.
In 2025, I launched Impact Health Clinics — a men's performance and wellness clinic focused on hormone optimization, 3D body composition scanning, and performance coaching. It combines my passion for fitness, lifestyle optimization, and building brands that transform how people approach their health.
In 2026, I started EarnYour Marketing — a growth and marketing engine for local businesses. We help businesses dominate their markets through data-driven SEO, high-converting websites, targeted ads, and custom automation systems.
Outside of work I'm usually with family or planning the next trip. Favorite travel memories include Iceland's Golden Circle, a tango show in Buenos Aires, and a boat day on the coast of Cabo.
